Exploring Così fan tutte

with Timothy Urban
Free and open to the public.

In this informative talk, Dr. Timothy Urban will guide listeners through the Princeton Festival's upcoming production of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Così fan tutte.

Mozart’s comic opera Così fan tutte is a music-lover’s treasure chest, filled with some of the composer’s most engaging music and acrobatic arias. The opera’s plot features plenty of twists, turns, and dual identities, while examining differences between men and women. This presentation looks at some of the opera’s highlights, focusing on Mozart’s comedic and musical genius.

Performances of Così fan tutte take place on the grounds of Morven Museum & Garden June 14, 16 and 18.
