School Day Concert

School Day Concert with Flamenco Dancer

After receiving in school BRAVO! visits and meeting the instrument families of the orchestra, elementary students from throughout New Jersey are invited to the PSO’s annual School Day Concert. This special, free-of-charge event is often the first time elementary students experience the power of live classical music on stage. In 2025, the school day concert welcomed an audience of over 1500 students from New Jersey.

This season, we look forward to greeting students once again at our home venue of Richardson Auditorium on May 5th, 2026. The second, third, fourth, and fifth grade students will be treated to a concert featuring music about insects such as Flight of the Bumblebee and the music of the Beatles.
